Thresholds
Not all chemical industrial units that file declarations to the OPCW are inspectable. Inspection thresholds are provided for each category of the declaring facilities and only those units are inspectable which carry out the activities above the thresholds. The inspection thresholds are generally 10 times the declaration thresholds. The inspection thresholds for Schedule 2, Schedule 3 and OCPF units are as follows:-
